Webster Technique

The Webster Technique is a specialized chiropractic analysis and adjustment system used to care for expectant mothers.
It focuses specifically on restoring balance to the woman's pelvis, sacrum, and the ligaments supporting the uterus. During pregnancy, misalignments in the pelvis can create tension or "torsion" on these uterine ligaments. This tension can lead to discomfort for the mother and may limit the space available for the baby inside the womb.
By performing gentle, targeted adjustments and soft tissue work, the Webster Technique aims to:
Relieve common pregnancy pain such as lower back ache, hip pain, and sciatica.
Reduce uterine tension and maximize the space available for the baby.
Encourage optimal fetal positioning, giving the baby the best chance to naturally move into the ideal head-down position for birth.
This technique is safe, gentle, and designed to support a more comfortable pregnancy and an easier labor experience.
